The Skybridge hat and cowl was born out of Natalie's desire to explore Tunisian stitch combinations. It's named after the Detroit Skybridge - an art installation in the city of Detroit where Natalie resides.
I grew up on an island where four bridges connected Staten Island to other parts - three to New Jersey and one to Brooklyn. I live in New Jersey now so it seemed fitting to name the kit choices after the Skybridge in Detroit and the three bridges that connect Staten Island to New Jersey.
The set includes yarn to crochet the hat and cowl. When you purchase a kit, you'll receive an ad free version of the pattern - a link will be provided via email for you to download.
The Skybridge design includes a cowl in two sizes - single and double wrap - and a hat in two styles - beanie and slouch with three adult sizes (small, medium, large)
It uses one or more skeins of Playtime DK plus a Jujubee DK set.
One skein of Playtime DK will make
